George Franklin

George Franklin joined OEP in 2021 as a Consultant in the Research Group and is based in our New York office. Mr. Franklin currently works directly with OEP’s investment teams to drive integration activities between our portfolio companies and their M&A targets, ensuring the firm’s portfolio and new investments realize maximum efficiencies through the M&A activities that we support.
Prior to OEP George worked as a Commodities Trading Analyst at Merrill Lynch and as a Senior Associate at Iwol Capital, where he focused on industrial and tech enabled service investments across Sub-Saharan Africa. George completed his MBA at Columbia Business School and Graduated Bsc. (Hons) Neuroscience from the University of Edinburgh.
