Joseph Huffsmith

Joe Huffsmith joined OEP in 2006 and is a Managing Director based in Chicago. During his tenure at OEP, Mr. Huffsmith has worked on numerous investments in the chemical, food, industrial manufacturing, automotive, energy, technology, and healthcare industries. Mr. Huffsmith is a member of the Board of Directors of Comer Industries, AMECO, and Norit Activated Carbon, and was previously a member of the Board of Directors of PeroxyChem, Sonneborn, East Balt, Netas, Genband, and Precision Gear.
Prior to joining OEP, Mr. Huffsmith worked at JPMorgan. Mr. Huffsmith received his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and his B.S. in Mathematics and Economics from Duke University.
